How We Process Your Personal Information

We are the data controller. Purpose and legal basis for the processing of your personal data

When you sign up to receive our newsletter, MOWE, as the data controller, collects and processes certain personal data about you. We process only the personal data necessary for you to receive the newsletter.

To receive our newsletter, we collect and process the following personal data about you:

• Name
• Company name
• Email address
• Phone number

The purpose of collecting and processing your information is to ensure the proper delivery and receipt of the newsletter, so that we can contact you in the event of an incorrect email address or newsletter issue. We comply with applicable laws, such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In addition, your personal information may be used to send you other news about the construction industry, such as courses, conferences, and briefings.

Consent

To receive our newsletter, you must have given your consent. You can always withdraw your consent and have your information deleted by calling us at +45 7022 4999 or sending an email to info@mowe.dk.

Voluntary

When we collect personal information directly from you, you provide it to us voluntarily. You are not required to provide us with your personal information, but if you do not, you will not be able to receive our newsletters.

Disclosure of Your Personal Information

MOWE discloses personal data to our data processor, which is currently HubSpot. This is done to enable the distribution of the newsletter. The personal information will ONLY be used by the data processor in connection with sending newsletters and may NOT be used for any other purposes.

Transfer of personal data to data processors

To receive newsletters, we transfer your personal data to our data processor, which is currently HubSpot.

Your rights

You have a number of rights, including:

• The right to access your personal information.
• The right to have incorrect personal data corrected.
• The right to have your personal data erased.
• The right to have your personal data restricted.
• The right to data portability.
• Right to object to the processing of personal data, including in relation to automated individual decision-making.
• You also have the right to file a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, including the Danish Data Protection Agency.
