Josefine strives to create a difference within the construction industry through her legal work and strategy advisory. Both in dispute resolution and contract drafting, her focus is on problem-solving to fulfill our clients’ needs rather than just creating legally correct result.
Qualifications
As an associate, Josefine advises in all aspects of construction law but specializes in international construction law, life science projects, and renewables. She has been involved in several disputes, ranging from minor cases to large-scale cases. Due to her specialization, she is now mainly involved in larger disputes.
Josefine has extensive customer contact in dispute resolution, developing strong relationships and understanding our customers’ needs to achieve the best possible results, and she has also been involved in alternative dispute resolutions, such as negotiations to reach settlements to achieve the optimal outcome for our clients.
As for contract drafting, Josefine has experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and strategic advisory, such as advising on a project’s contractual strategy. Josefine has participated in a number of workshops with clients to determine the project’s contract strategy.
