We advise on planning and running IT tenders, with a particular focus on dialogue-based procedures – including competitive procedures with negotiation and competitive dialogue. We have a data-driven model for procurement strategy that makes sure the right questions are asked before the tender documents are written.

From the GDPR to the AI Act and NIS2 – we keep track of the regulation that is relevant to you and put it into practice. We advise on what new legislation means for your procurement, your contracts and your organization.

→ IT contracts from A to Z

We draft and negotiate IT contracts and assist in the implementation phase, when the system and the organization have to come together. If disputes arise, we conduct cases before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement.
