Come by car and park
You can park in the underground parking garage in Zone F1 under our office building. Drive down at Amerika Plads, closest to the Oslo ferry.
Remember to pay for parking, e.g., via EasyPark (zone 3900). You can exit to street level by using the door next to the payment terminal. Ring the bell at MOWE by the glass door, and we’ll let you in right away.

Come by car and park
You can park in the Magasin parking garage by prior arrangement with us. Make the arrangement no later than the day before your visit by sending an email to hos-aar@mowe.dk, providing your car’s license plate number.
Your car will then be registered upon your arrival at the parking garage. The arrangement is valid once you have received a confirmation via email.
Terms and Conditions and Payment Information
Our standard hourly rates range from DKK 1,050 to DKK 4,500, excluding VAT (2026), depending on the specialist’s expertise and experience. We bill monthly based on time spent and always provide time sheets as documentation. The standard payment term is 14 days net. We adjust our rates annually as of January 1 in accordance with changes in the ILON12 wage index.
No later than the first meeting with our client, we determine whether the case is covered by legal expense insurance. Unfortunately, far from all legal expense insurance policies offer terms under which we are willing to work. In some cases, this may mean that we cannot enter into a partnership if the client wishes for our advice to be provided under terms that we do not wish to work under.
We are subject to the Act on Preventive Measures Against Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing. The law requires us to obtain and retain identification documents from our clients for five years. For corporations, we obtain a copy of the company’s most recent financial statements. You may therefore be asked to provide identification in the form of a copy of your passport, driver’s license, and health insurance card.
Our attorney liability insurance is provided by Tryg Forsikring A/S. Tryg is liable in accordance with the current bylaws of the Danish Bar and Law Society. Tryg is thus directly and fully liable to you for any losses that may arise as a result of MOWE’s improper use of funds entrusted to MOWE. The coverage amount can be provided upon request. Our liability for our advisory services is limited to the scope of the insurance coverage.
