International standards. Agreements tailored to the specific project.

In international building and civil engineering projects, different standard agreements, disciplines and ways of working often have to function together.

We have extensive experience implementing ECI (early contractor involvement) in complex projects. By involving the contractor early, we can help create clear frameworks for collaboration, decisions and risk allocation while it is still possible to influence the project's development.

In large and technically complex projects, e.g. production facilities and renewable energy projects, we develop agreement structures based on both Danish and international standard agreements.

We combine relevant elements from AB and FIDIC with a focus on the contractual basis holding together and reflecting the project's specific needs.
