A central element of the day is the Cyber Risk Simulator – an interactive case where you work through a simulated cyberattack. You explore what the responsibilities, roles, and tasks of leadership and the board are when a cyberattack hits, and which strategic decisions must be made before, during, and after the incident.

Participants work through the simulated attack and reflect on the strategic choices required of the board and executive management, and how these choices can be translated into concrete governance, processes, and follow-up in their own organizations.
