The network is open to all IKA members who are responsible for the acquisition and management of IT solutions – whether this is done through public tenders, direct awards or framework agreements. Facilitators

The network is facilitated by Kathrine Ahrenholt and Claus Gulholm-Hansen from Molt Wengel. Both are specialists in public procurement law and IT acquisitions, with extensive experience advising both public contracting authorities and private suppliers. They work in the intersection between law, technology and business, and have strong competencies in managing complex tender and contract processes. Their combined expertise ensures that the network’s content is both legally sound and practically relevant.[0]
