From Integrated Construction to Integrated IT

For more than 15 years, MOWE has worked with early supplier involvement in construction projects through the Integrated Construction method. This model brings the contractor’s practical experience and execution competencies into the design phase at an early stage, where they create the greatest value. [0]

Integrated Construction builds on traditional contract forms but is supplemented by a dedicated collaboration phase in which the client, consultant, and contractor jointly develop the project. The focus is on:

• Shared goals
• Transparency
• Ongoing optimisation
