Purpose and legal basis for the processing of your personal data

When you sign up as recipient of our newsletter, Molt Wengel, as data controller, collects and processes a number of personal data about you. We only process the personal information necessary for the receipt of newsletters.

In order to receive our newsletter, we collect and process the following personal information about you:

  • Name
  • Company name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number

The purpose of the collection and processing of your data is to ensure the correct sending and receipt of newsletters, so that we can contact you in case of incorrect e-mail address and newsletter. We comply with current legislation, eg the EU Personal Data Regulation. In addition, your personal information may be used to receive other news about the construction industry such as courses, conferences, and briefings.

Consent

In order to receive our newsletter, you must have given your consent. You can always withdraw your consent and have your information deleted by calling us on +45 7022 499 or send an email to info@mowe.dk.

Volunteering

When we collect personal information directly from you, you provide us with the personal information voluntarily. You are not obliged to provide us with the personal information, but the consequence will be that you will not be able to receive our newsletters.

Disclosure of your personal information

Molt Wengel passes on personal information to our data processor, which is currently Ubivox. This is done in order to forward the newsletter. The personal information will ONLY be used by the data processor in connection with the sending of newsletters and can NOT be used for other purposes.

Transfer of personal data to data processors

In order to receive newsletters, we will transfer your personal information to our data processor, which p.t. is Ubivox.

Your rights

You have a number of rights, including:

  • The right to have incorrect personal data changed.
  • The right to have personal data deleted.
